Certificates of Deposit
Homeland Community Bank offers a range of Certificates of Deposit to meet your financial needs. With a minimum deposit of $500.00, you may select a term from 7 days to 60 months. Interest is compounded and paid annually for terms of one year or more. Interest can be paid monthly, quarterly, annually or at maturity.

Individual Retirement Accounts
Individual Retirement Accounts are available in order for individuals to take advantage of deferring taxes on interest income until funds are withdrawn. A minimum opening deposit of $500.00 is required for fixed rate Individual Retirement Accounts with a term from 91 days to 60 months. A minimum opening deposit of $100.00 is required for the 18 month variable rate Individual Retirement Account.

U.S. Savings Bonds
US Savings Bonds may be purchased at Homeland Community Bank by completing a simple application. US Savings may be purchased in denominations of $50, $75, $100, $200, $500, $1000, $5000, and $10,000.
